About This Product
The heart of Pakistani cooking, made the way our grandmothers made it. Fresh makhan is slow-cooked on a low flame until the milk solids turn golden and the ghee becomes clear and fragrant, then strained and left to set into its natural grainy (daanedaar) texture.
Nothing else goes in — no vegetable oil, no added colour, no preservatives. Use it for parathas and roti, daal tarka, halwa and mithai, or a spoon in warm milk at night.
