Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about our sugar-free products, freshness, delivery and gifting.
Products
Sugar-free for us means no refined or artificial sugar is added — no white cheeni, gur or chemical sweeteners. The sweetness comes naturally from premium dates and pure honey, which also bring fibre, iron, potassium and vitamins, so energy releases slowly without a sugar spike.
No. We use a zero-moisture technique instead: nuts and seeds are slow-roasted until dry, we never use water, fresh milk, fresh cream or fresh garlic/ginger, and everything is cooled completely before being sealed airtight.
Stuffed dates and honey almonds: 60 days. Energy balls and ladoos: 45 days. Roasted cashews, peanuts and muesli: up to 90 days. Always keep the jar or pouch tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
Gym lovers and working men love Royal Energy Dates and Nutri-Boost Date Balls. For kids, try Choco-Nut Delight Dates and Royal Choco Energy Balls. For busy mornings and elders, Royal Healthy Muesli and Honey Glazed Almonds are perfect.
Add 3–4 tablespoons to a bowl of warm milk and leave for 2 minutes, mix it with yogurt, or sprinkle it on top of a smoothie for crunch.
