How to return
- Call or WhatsApp us on 0303-2922094 within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with your order number and the product you want to return.
- Our team will tell you how to send the product back to us.
- As soon as the product reaches us, we refund the full amount you paid for it in cash — by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
Good to know
- The 7 days are counted from the day your parcel is delivered.
- Please keep the product in its original box or pouch when you return it.
- Received a damaged or wrong product? Tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.
